Characteristics and Application Range of Off-road Forklift

Off-road forklift is a kind of engineering vehicle that can load, unload, stack and carry things safely and efficiently on the slope and uneven ground. The structure characteristics of off-road forklift

1. With good passability and off-road all-wheel drive. There is no differential between the shafts, using large diameter wide base off-road tires, the minimum ground clearance of the vehicle is more than 300mm, departure Angle of more than 30°.

2. Adopt relatively connected frame. Frame swing Angle is generally up to +30°~40°, the steering system is simple, do not need to use expensive steering drive axle, can achieve a small turning radius, steering wheel, so that the frame horizontal swing, so that the fork is easy to align with the material, for small tonnage off-road forklift, can use the integral frame, single bridge drive, drive axle with differential lock.

4. For 2T-3T off-road forklift, its front and rear bridges are common.

5. The rear axle of the cross-country vehicle is fixed with the frame, and the front axle can swing vertically relative to the frame +8°~12°. A supporting hydraulic cylinder is arranged between the frame and the front axle. When the forklift truck is lifting, the lifting door frame is maintained in a lateral plumb state by manipulating the hydraulic cylinder. When the vehicle is running, the oil paths in the upper and lower cavities of the hydraulic cylinder are connected through the damping holes, which is beneficial to improve the ride comfort of the vehicle.

10. Walking system. Similar to the loader, there are mechanical transmission (Me), hydraulic shift mechanical transmission (HyC), hydraulic transmission (T/C) and hydrostatic transmission (HYD). The difference is that full power matching method is adopted, and its maximum load is full load climbing condition.
