1. New engines or after repaired, the diesel engine cannot be operated at full load and high speed from the beginning. It must be run in at low speed and light load for 50 hours，then it can be transferred to normal operation.

2. Ensure that the fuel is clean. If necessary, it needs to be precipitated or filtered with silk cloth， 

3. Maintain normal water temperature（70～85℃），hydraulics pressure（At medium speed 0.2～0.4MPa）

4. Stop and check immediately, if abnormalities are found during operation.

5. It is not advisable to use "hard water" as cooling water to prevent the generation of scale and reduce the service life of the engine.

daily maintenance

1. Check whether the oil level in the oil pan is between the two engraved lines on the oil gauge, and is close to the upper engraved line. After the new engine or the diesel engine that has been out of service for a long time, after filling the engine oil to the upper mark, run at low speed for 5-10 minutes and then stop, and then measure the oil level with the oil dipstick.

2. Check the water volume in the water tank.

3. Check the oil level in the fuel injection pump. If it is insufficient, it should be replenished to the specified position.

4. Eliminate the phenomenon of three leaks (oil, water, gas).

5. Check the sturdiness of parts and accessories.

6. Check the cleanliness, remove oil and dust, pay special attention to the drying and cleaning of electrical equipment.

7. After the new machine has been operated under light load for 50 hours, the oil (including the oil in the fuel injection pump) and the oil filter element should be replaced in time, and the oil pan and the oil collector should be cleaned.

 8. Timely protection of daily lubricant additives.
